We offer worldwide shipping! We ship all of our packages via UPS International. We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs delays.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer flat rate international shipping at this stage; however, we do offer free shipping on international orders over $150.

Unfortunately, no. Since every item is made to order specially for your pet we do not accept returns. We recommend measuring your pet's neck size and reviewing our product guide before ordering.

Our designs and names are applied with vinyl, then heat set for a permanent bond. Some vinyl is more delicate than others and general wear and light fading may occur. Ironing is fine, but please iron on the reverse side or around the design. Ironing directly on the design could damage it.
