​Each product is made to order so it takes approximately 1-3 weeks for us to create your special item. We cut, sew, and print every item to order. Processing time is subject to change. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need your order rushed. 

Blankets and towels have a processing time of up to 4 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

We prep orders for shipment as soon as they are complete and we work hard to process and ship your orders in a timely fashion. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Typical shipping time is 3-4 days depending on your location. Our default shipping method is USPS First Class. If you need your item sooner or if you have a question about processing time, please don’t hesitate to contact us! 

We offer a flat rate shipping option of $4.50. We also offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50 (this does not apply to blankets or towels).

We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

We do not offer price adjustments once an item has been purchased.

You may only use one discount code per order.

If you are sending a gift then we can include a gift message for you and leave the invoice out. Please include the gift message in the "Add Order Note" section at checkout or email us once you have placed your order to indicate it is intended for a gift, your order number, and gift message.

Lightly hand wash in cold water with color safe detergent and then lay flat to dry.

Wash with soap and water. 

If the collar is in contact with salt water, then rinse with fresh water.
